Directions: We really appreciate directions to your location. Especially if you live in a new development that may not be available on Mapquest. The starting point should be the highway/main road/route closest to your home. It is convenient to include this with your deposit check or by email A required deposit of 50 percent of the package price (US) Non -Refundable reservation fee is required to reserve your party date and the remaining balance is due four days prior to the party date in cash, check, or money order. If you choose to cancel for ANY reason, your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to resend invitations there will be an additional charge of $1.75 per invitation. If we do not receive your deposit in 5 days of our communication, this party date will automatically be released. There is a 10 guest minimum. If less then 10 show up you will still be required to pay for the 10. Parties with 13+ children require an additional fee of $30.00 for an additional party hostess. Liability: We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretakers/babysitters. Please be aware that children, under the age of 3 especially, need to be supervised. We will treat your home with the utmost respect and care. However, we can not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. If you have any precious belongings, please remove them from the entertaining area to prior to the event. NSF: There is a $35 fee for any check that is returned to us with IN SUFFICIENT FUNDS. Invitations: When sending out invitations, please ask your guests to arrive on time and to wear a leotard or bathing suit underneath their clothing for ease during dress up. In addition, please ask if there are any food allergies. Hostess: Your hostess will treat your home with the utmost respect, and provide professional service. Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: We will be unable to refund your deposit. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. Maximum Attendance: You are allowed to invite up to 15. You will be charged $15/for each additional child, over the amount of ten. Maximum attendance is 16, including the birthday girl. Please Note: Our Performers are Character Performers Only; they perform for 1 hour ( $50). Our packages that INCLUDE a character are NOT performers but dressed as a character. Arriving & Departure Times: We suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. We appreciate your complete understanding. Party Times: Our parties are usually 2 hours depending on the package selection and age of the children. Fairytale Royalteas will arrive one hour before the schedule party time to set up and will require 45 minutes breakdown time after the party. Special Diets: Should any of your party guests have food allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating. If they have severe food allergies we recommend that you or their parent provide an alternate treat for that child. Costumes: All costumes are made to wear over a childs own clothing; however, leotards and/or spandex pants and t-shirts are recommended. Final Payment: Final payment is due four days before your party date and must be made by cash, check, or money order payable to Rashida or Riccardo Banks. Parking: Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party. Gratuity and Tipping: Gratuity is at your discretion and will not be included on your invoice, but it will be much appreciated by the staff that serves you. What happens if a guest arrives late? Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to. FOR EXAMPLE: The group has already completed the make-up session and has moved on to the dress up, the late guest must skip the make-up and join in the dress up. This is necessary in order to provide the least amount of disruption to the party, and your understanding is appreciated. Can parents of the guests stay for the party? This is a high-energy party with make-up, dress-up, photo taking, crafts, and lots of movement. If there is ample room without interference we welcome an audience. Who takes care of a guest if they become ill, are a behavior problem, or do not want to participate? Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. Fairytale Royalteas is responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate. Can boys attend the party? We welcome boys at our parties. We have knight costumes and temporary tatoos especially for the boys. Can siblings of the guests stay? All guests under three years of age must be supervised. We provide many accessories that contain small parts at our parties and they may not be appropriate for very small guests. Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the birthday child, will not be permitted to use any equipment. Food and Beverages, other than Fairytale Royalteas items and the birthday cake. Because accidents sometimes happen, we ask that no food or beverages are served while the children are in dress-up clothes. If a child does not show up, do I still pay for that child? Please remember, you will be charged for the final head count you gave prior to the party. Where is the party held? Parties are typically held in your home or the venue of your choice. Client

In the event of damage or loss of Fairytale Royalteas inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Fairytale Royalteas is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party.
